Village Hotel Wirral is an ideal spot from which to discover the Wirral Peninsular, North Wales, and the North West of England. The room I booked was a really good size, clean and very comfortable. The staff were were really helpful and very polite. Nice to see all staff smiling! Breakfast was lovely.

Just 6 minutes’ walk from Hoylake Train Station, Green Lodge, Wirral by Marston's Inns offers well-appointed rooms and a bar and restaurant. We loved everything about our stay at Green Lodge. Sarah and Alan were wonderful hosts. Great food, excellent Sunday roast. Close to train station and buses. Great walks along the shore close by.

A charming hotel steeped in history, set in the historical town of Port Sunlight, within easy reach of Liverpool and Chester, and just 5 minutes from the M53. The rooms were huge and very clean, and the staff were amazing and very helpful

Holland House is situated in New Brighton. Free WiFi is featured. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony. If you would like to discover the area, cycling is possible in the surroundings. Very spacious and well equipped apartment for our stay to enjoy the Open Championship for golf this year. We had a lovely welcome package with tea, cookies and a loaf of home made bread (which was excellent). We also had a bottle of wine and a beer waiting for us. For breakfasts, we had fresh milk and an assortment of cereals. It was so nice eating a meal looking over a private garden. The proprietor was very helpful but not obtrusive at all. This was the nicest bed and breakfast we have stayed at in the UK. The neighborhood doesn't offer a lot of dining options, but those present were very good. We particularly recommend the Rockwood Bistro for fine dining, but it is only open a few days a week. The Indian place, Magic Spice, is a short walk and had a nice menu with good service. We highly recommend the Holland House if your travels take you to the Wirral. If the weather is nice, a walk along the promenade on the Mersey River is only 2 short blocks away. It's a nice walk to the ferry tour of the river and views of Liverpool. Liverpool is a really interesting place that we enjoyed far more than we expected. And the people in the area were among the nicest we have ever met on our many travels around the world. Recommended without reservation!

Within a minute’s walk of the famous ‘ferry across the Mersey’, The Liver View is a 15-minute ferry trip from Liverpool city centre and offers free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Super friendly and helpful host helped made my stay enjoyable. I had a nice view of the Liverpool skyline and could see big ships passing by. The bed was among the most comfortable that I've had in a hotel. Excellent!

Situated just 5 miles from Liverpool city centre with a direct bus service 100 metres from the property, 2 Therocklands is a 4-star Bed and Breakfast set on the edge of 90 acres of woodland, and... Excellent B & B in every respect. Probably the best we have ever stayed in.
