Located 200 metres from Mandraki Beach, in Nisyros town, Porfyris Hotel offers a swimming pool and breakfast. The room was ideal for me - quiet, comfortable, away from the street, and private. Cleaning happened every day. The staff are lovely, lovely people. Having a pool on hand was amazing when the harbour beach was just a little too far away in the heat. Mandraki is tiny, so everything is within easy walking distance, but even so, the location was great as it's set back enough to give some distance from the seaside tavernas. There's a bookshelf of books in various languages which can be taken as you like for some holiday reading, and the most laid-back dog I've ever met.

Located in Mandrakion, Dodecanese region, Three Brothers is situated 1.1 km from Chochlaki Beach. The aparthotel provides sea views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available. We loved the location and just to step out on the terrass and see the little grek Church to the right and the sea view straight ahead was so peaceful. The hotel is quiet and the wifi is good. It’s 2 min to the ferry and the staff is helpful and nice. It’s easy to rent a car next door to the hotel and explore the villages and the volcany by yourself. It takes 10 min to walk to the small and cozy village.

This is a stunningly converted town house that has had no expense spared in its renovation. The attention to detail is exceptional and it’s also extremely stylish. The Kitchen and utility area are fabulous and well stocked and the whole place is well air conditioned.

Oniropagida Nisyros apartment #1 is located in Nikiá. With free WiFi, this 1-bedroom apartment provides a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with a fridge and stovetop. This was an excellent base for exploring Nisyros from, and it's just a few minutes from the main square. We loved the well restored whitewashed apartment, it was actually larger than we were expecting. Plenty of cooking equipment in the kitchen and the owners were very helpful people. Very good value indeed. We counted 14 unused electric sockets!

Nikia is a beautiful village especially off season and the location of the studio is wonderful and the views from the roof spectacular. The space is big and clean and the location is great if you want to hike down to the caldera before the tour buses arrive at 11qm.

Pali Sea View is situated in Páloi. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The host was excellent, giving us a lift from the port and lots of information. The apartment was very well equipped with food and water in the fridge. The roof terrace was amazing.
