Located in Agios Germanos, 12 km from Megali Prespa Lake, Panorama Prespes provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. Fantastic location looking over the town to the Lake. What a wonderful host and beautiful spot for us to stay. The food for breakfast was phenomenal and they could not do enough for our stay. It was fantastic!!! The room, with a view across the town, was exceptional.

Set in Vrontero in the Macedonia Region, 33 km from Kastoria, Al Monte Hotel boasts a barbecue and views of the mountain. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. We spent one night in the hotel, but Al Monte is a really good place for staying for several days. Peace and quiet are around you there. A traditional stone house with a fireplace, a good greek breakfast, and a friendly hostess! You should get warm clothes because nights are colder in that region of Greece :)

Located in the picturesque Agios Germanos village, this 19th-century stone-built guesthouse offers traditionally decorated rooms which open out to a lovely yard. The staff was punctual and greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel welcome from the start. Room was nice decorated and spotless. Fair rate for a night.

Agios Achillios, a property with a garden, is situated in Agios Achillios, 4.5 km from Megali Prespa Lake, 8.8 km from Mikri Prespa Lake, as well as 15 km from Prespes. The location is magic. It is one of the most genuinely beautiful and interesting locations I have ever stayed in: from the birds (pelicans of course but the nightingales, reed warblers, herons, owls, hoopoe etc.) to the extraordinary frescoes in Agios Achillios and nearby churches and monasteries - it is simply a stunning area. Best of all no mass tourism, just people who really love nature, walking and churches. Our hosts at the hotel were wonderful people, thank you both of you, breakfasts amazing and the boat ride to see nesting pelicans and other birds was a treat. The restaurant opposite does great evening meals, let them know early. An extraordinary island - and place to stay.

Offering a restaurant, Arhontiko is located in Psarades Village. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. Each room here will provide you with a TV and a refrigerator. What an amazing place. We had fantastic views of the lake from our balcony. It is run by a lovely family who were very friendly and helpful. They provided a fantastic breakfast. We loved that their very cute dog would also take itself for a walk with us! We just wished that we were able to stay longer. The whole place had a very chilled vibe and we loved it.

Boasting garden views, The Lake House provides accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 22 km from Megali Prespa Lake. Guests can benefit from a balcony and a picnic area. Everything was amazing. Location, house, homeowner. You need to visit!!!

Boasting city views, Kivotos Epavlis offers accommodation with patio, around 11 km from Megali Prespa Lake. This property offers access to a balcony, table tennis, free private parking and free WiFi. The hosts were exceptional. Truly warm and hospitable! They gave us directions to places, made suggestions, taught us a lot about the history of the place; they even provided us with fresh vegetables every day for free! The place was impeccably clean, comfortable, fully equipped with anything you would need and well maintained overall. The hosts even had freshly-cut roses from their garden waiting for us when we arrived.
