Je kunt zo vanaf het strand de zee in om te snorkelen. Heerlijke ligstoelen met uitzicht op de zee. Daarnaast regelen ze prachtige duik en snorkel toeren. Massage bij het hotel was heerlijk. Eten was ok, heel erg gericht op de Chinese keuken maar dat hadden wij bij meer plekken op Sulawesi.

The best and kindest homestay i have ever been! This homestay is unique in many forms: the owner Steven contacted me a few days before my arrival to answer all my questions, which was a solo female traveller very helpful. He organised me a taxi and boat from Manado to come to Bunaken and back. Through this i could catch directly my flight. Steven and Misi were always helping me with any situation coming up and I had the feeling I could always ask them anything (i had a difficult situation in the middle). The prices were always transparent and fair. They also helped me to find a very good diving school and helped me planning my snorkeling trips (they have a lot of contacts). Both are very kind, warm and open. They even invited me to celebrate New Years Eve with them and their friends. On my last night we had a small farewell party to which Steven invited some friends over to play music! The room is very clean and comfortable. In the whole house I always had perfect and fast Wifi (didn't expect it on an Island:)). The room had a fan and as an add-on AC. The food is cooked fresh, delicious and a lot. Dietary requests are taken serious (as for me i dont like fish and love Tempeh :)). I also rented a Scooter from them which had a very high quality! I am super happy and grateful I stayed at El Homestay and I am already planning to come back:). I honestly fell in love with this family. If you want to have homestay which feels like home and get to know the village of Bunaken and the culture you should definetely stay at El Homestay!

Blue Shark Divers Bunaken bevindt zich in Bunaken, en biedt accommodatie met airconditioning, een terras en gratis WiFi. Gasten bij deze homestay hebben toegang tot een balkon. Such a great experience. The lodge is located very close to the beach where the boat drops you off. The rooms are very comfy and have AC. Be prepared for a bucket shower! Dion is very friendly and helpful, the diving is very good value and the crew are kind and very good at their jobs. The best part for us was the food!! All three meals are included and the home cooking is really incredible and delicious, they should.open a restaurant! We miss it already Overall we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again

Sunset Guest House & Bar ligt tegenover het strand in Bunaken en heeft een bar en een privéstrand. Awesome stay! The family who runs the guesthouse were so warm hearting. Every meal was fresh and delicious. You can feel that they run the guesthouse with passion. Highly recommended.

Novita Homestay bevindt zich in Bunaken en biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin, een terras en een restaurant. Tegen betaling kan de accommodatie handdoeken en beddengoed verzorgen. Novita is een super zorgzame vrouw die altijd klaar staat voor haar gasten. Ze helpt met het organiseren van tours en haar eten is ook heerlijk. Doordat de homestay midden in het dorp is krijg je veel mee van het allerdaagse leven op het eiland.

Bunaken Oasis Dive Resort and Spa ligt in Manado, op 16 km van de haven van Manado, en beschikt over een buitenbad en een spacentrum. Voor een drankje kunt u terecht in de eigen bar. An amazing stay, this is heaven on earth in Bunaken! The resort staff was superbly accommodating, making sure everything was done superbly and all our wishes were taken care of. Everyone is superbly kind, the resort is gorgeous, the diving is one of the best I have experienced... I am not doing this review justice in this short summary, because it really was so amazingly unreal. Don't think twice, just book and enjoy!

Het Siladen Resort & Spa is een milieuvriendelijk resort aan het strand met een buitenbad, een privéstrand en een restaurant met uitzicht op de oceaan. Vriendelijkheid personeel, spreken goed Engels…, netjes…. Geordende accommodatie Eten was top a la carte (low seeson), top kok. Duikschool top geregeld zowel voor duikers als snorkelaars. Gidsen voor beiden en goed. Prachtige duik- en snorkelstekken. Accommodatie goed onderhouden. Bungalow met zeezicht was super. Strand schoon. Ga gerust eens met de locale boot over naar Bunaken. Eet de pisang goreng en perkadel bij Aurrora…. Vers !!! Zwembad goed onderhouden…. 2 x per dag wordt je bed opgemaakt, gordijnen open en dicht gemaakt… , tenzij je dat niet wilt, hang je dat aan de deur. Spa zag er prachtig uit, maar helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Voor ons een week geweldig!!! Albert & Nathalie

Het Happy Gecko Dive Resort biedt accommodatie met een duikcentrum op het eiland Bunaken in Noord-Sulawesi, op een steenworp afstand van de wereldberoemde stranden en duiklocaties van het eiland. Delicious food, generous helpings. Friendly, helpful and attentive Willeke and staff. Made us feel at home. Thank you very much for a most enjoyable time. Highly recommended!

Raja Laut Dive Resort combineert mooi met het platteland en biedt bungalows gebouwd met hout van kokospalmen. Stop reading the reviews and book this now. NOW! It so amazing. We stayed 8 nights. Right on the ocean, with a little beach, no mangrove trees to obstruct view or access to beautiful coral reef, great for snorkeling. Other places in the island don’t have this. I spotted snowflake eels, 8 types of clownfish, 3 types of anemones, coral colonies the size of cars, and so many pyramid butterflyfish and niger triggerfish just in the first thirty minutes. It’s amazing. All of the rooms have wonderful views. It was so so so relaxing to be there. I have never had such a good experience. The food was amazing and local. We did vegetarian and it was so tasty. They also had fresh fruit around at all times. We went with the divers on their charted boat and snorkeled for around 12$ a person for two separate spots a day. Super affordable. The boat team of three men were so professional, knowledgeable, and yet super funny and kind. I felt like we’re all friends by the end. There is a public boat from manado, which we took on our way out, and we booked a private boat on our way in through Raja Laut. Both were great. Brahm the manager was so kind and attentive. We did laundry there and it was done well. Jessie and her staff in the kitchen were so kind. Always enough food, served family style so we could get to know the other guests. It was so nice, but also acceptable to talk to your own party if you wanted to.
