The personnel was very friendly. At the reception they speak multiple languages. The view on the Shannon river is awesome. The rooms are very large. We loved the gym and the swimming pool.

Helpful & friendly is an understatement. It is a beautiful hotel with comfy beds & well priced breakfast that was delicious. The location is stellar & close to everything. We were so pleased when we checked in we didn't want to leave!! A HUGE thank you to the staff.
