The Granville Hotel in Waterford overlooks the River Suir and is a 5-minute walk from St Patrick’s Cathedral. It offers free internet access and, an award-winning restaurant. This time we came for a weekend break. As usual, everything was perfect. Before arrival, detailed information from the hotel about the car park and a special discount for hotel guests, wonderful carvery lunch, à la carte breakfast, very clean amd warm, brightly lit room (which I really like), very friendly and helpful staff, great location, on Saturday evening fantastic live music played by a vocal and guitar duo. Prices for this class of hotel are very friendly. We will definitely return to Granville Hotel.

From the minute we went to the reception desk we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Very professional and a pleasure to speak with. The room was large spotless and a beatifull view. We had Breakfeast and again professional and courteous service. We also had dinner and again just beautifull we had well done steak cooked to protection. We would reccomend the Woodlands to all. 5 stars from Michael Mercy and Nathan.

Sitting on the banks of the River Suir, the Waterford Marina Hotel is 300 metres from Waterford Crystal. It offers a riverside restaurant, rooms with free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Newly refurbished and very comfortable rooms, with a fabulous river view from our room. Exceptionally friendly and courteous staff who went out of their way to assist us however they could.
