We had an incredible stay at the hotel in Höfn. Located in a fantastic area with breathtaking views, the hotel provided top-notch facilities and amenities. Our room boasted an amazing view, and it was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and nice. The convenient and ample parking lot was a bonus. While the room could have been a bit cleaner, particularly the bathroom, the overall experience was superb. The hotel provided everything we needed, from shampoo and conditioner to towels and tea/coffee, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Shower is hot and strong. Excellent free breakfast. Free coffee all day. Easy check in. Just drop the key in a basket at the front desk when check out. Big parking lot in the front and at the back. Came back after 10 years it didn't disappoint us.

Hotel Skaftafell stoji na izvrstni lokaciji, kjer lahko občudujete osupljiv pogled na najvišjo goro Islandije, Hvannadalshnjukur, in največji evropski ledenik, Vatnajökull. We could register to be woken if the northern lights appeared and they allowed us to have breakfast early . Dinner was delicious

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Höfn in south-east Iceland, this hotel is found along Route 1, close to the country’s largest glacier Vatnajökull. Conveniently located off the ring road, before turning heading on to Hofn. Nice big room. It was located in another building on the site, separate from the reception building. It had a big lounge area which made for a nice place to relax outside fo our room but still in the warmth.
