It was very nice that the staff provided us with tea, water, and a small snack included in the price. The small spa added a touch of relaxation. The staff were not only kind but also gave fantastic suggestions for local restaurants, ski rental spots, and parking facilities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with thoughtful amenities and helpful personnel.

The access to the ski is perfect, few steps and 100 metres, no driving or skibus needed. I enjoyed suana in the spa. Although spa has to be paid separetly I liked it was not crowded. The hotel is very clean. I loved their dinner it was always great. Also combination of bufet with pre orded meals worked well. Hotel is definitely kids and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much
