Attractively situated in the City Centre district of Taormina, Hotel Le Chevalier is situated 1.7 km from Villagonia Beach, 1.9 km from Isola Bella Beach and 500 metres from Taormina Cable Car - Upper... Very comfortable, clean, cool (! important in the 30+ degree weather) room, balcony was very large and had a spectacular view of the city and the sea. Alex at management was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a room overlooking the water - Room F - left the doors open all night for the sea breeze - didn’t want to leave.

The staff went out and beyond in their helpfulness and were also open and kind. There is a great shuttle service from the hotel to Taormina for a reasonable price as well as a shuttle to the airport in Catania. The breakfast was excellent. They also have a beautiful beach area with great service during the summer season. The food and service of the restaurant is good. Our room was quite big and well designed and the extras such as bathrobes, flip flops and a beach bag with beach towels and a drying rack for your beach things on the balcony were really thoughtful. We also had an excellent view from our room and balcony. They have a lovely dipping pool by the entrance and a shower, which was perfect to cool down at the of end your day with refreshments after the beach.

Alcantara Resort di Charme Adults Only, Adults Only Hotel, is surrounded by a 15000 m² garden with 2 swimming pools, 10 minutes' drive from Giardini Naxos and the Alcantara Gorges. The staff is excellent. I’d stay here again just to have the pleasure of interacting with them. The property is so nice there is a problem with dogs but that’s not their fault.
