Hotel Sejour Mint in Hakuba is a stylish and comfortable accommodation conveniently located within a 5-minute walk or 500 meters from Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort. Jon and the team were so helpful and nice! He picked us up from the station the first day. The room was clean and comfortable for the two of us. The included breakfast was great, and alternated between Western and Japanese style. This is the perfect spot if you’re skiing Goryu as it’s a quick 10 min walk to the hill. The recommendation and discount for Cherry Rentals nearby was also appreciated. The lower level onsen was a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes. They also offer dinner (we had the Nabe hot pot) which was a great and tasty way to finish off the trip. Would recommend and stay again! Thanks!

Situated right on the Nakiyama Slope of Happo One mountain, Marillen Hotel by Hakuba Hospitality Group features Austrian-style décor, carved wood furniture and a fireplace. Great location! Ski in and ski out, plus super close to restaurants and main areas of town. The staff is incredible and super helpful with organizing transportation and any reservations needed.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, Hakuba Alpine Hotel features simple rooms and outdoor hot spring baths. It is just a 5-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. Everything was perfect. The host was super nice and the breakfast was very generous and high quality. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Hakuba.

The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

From picking us up from our train to helping us with dinner bookings and ski rentals, Julian, Tomoko, and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with the baths a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible to 2 great resort areas just out the door. We ate dinner there nearly every night and it was a great way to experience amazing Japanese food.

Stephen & his wife were helpful with booking restaurants, giving us advice about Hakuba ski resorts and arranging our luggage transfer to Tokyo. We joined in the pizza night at their Lodge which was really nice and looked to also be a lovely place to stay.

The Bohemians’ Shelter is the best hostel in Hakuba. The facilities are new and clean. Gaspard is an amazing host that will help you to enjoy Hakuba ski resort. Free schedules on morning and evening are really convenient. Breakfast is included and dinner can be can prepared also. The beer on top is also a plus !

The onsen was fantastic and sparkling clean. Staff were wonderful and booked us dinner reservations (limited japanese) as well as arranging free shuttles to and from the restaurants. Above and beyond. Also excellent location near to a ski lift.

Great spot for a solo traveller to relax before conquering a mountain the next day. English-speaking workers who greeted me with kindness and nice conversations. Also provided recommendations for places nearby to eat and a possibility for a Tsugaike ropeway discount. FYI, it is only a few mins away from the bus terminal which is great too. Onsen was small (can fit maybe 4-5 folks?) but it wasn’t busy at all when I went! I was allowed to go in with a tattoo as it’s a “less busy” time, so it should be ok. I added breakfast with my reservation which was also great (though there was a huge pot of rice that one person can definitely NOT finish!) I also got to leave a bag with them for a night as I went and hiked for a night in the mountain & didn’t want to lug all my stuff. All in all, a fantastic stay - thank you for everything!

Comfy breakfast and ski in sky out resort, perfect for you to quickly get to the chair lift/gondola without carrying the heavy ski or board gears on the road. Ringo-Noki is the most beautiful little Lodge, with only around 6 rooms, in Hakuba run by the very lovely couple of Yoshi-San and his wife Kayo. Everything was perfect about this place, the decoration, the service provided by Yoshi and Kayo, the delicious breakfast, the cleaness, the beautiful onsen to use everyday after a full day of activities. When arriving you were directly greeted with tea and the stunning common area. All rooms also have coffee and tea for you to make and use at your convenience. Right next to the lodge is the bus stop for the free shuttle and within walking distance you have several nice and delicious restaurants, cafés and bakery and other shops. Can highly recommend this location.
