Everything was great, like really excellent and wonderful, except the hotel communication prior arrival, takes them ages to reply to emails or no reply at all. But everything was sorted upon arrival. Stuff at points a bit slow and lost, but very sweet. Most of the hotels have the same issues, unfortunately, difficult to find street smart and fast people.

Very good location for ski in and out ! Room was excellent , very clean ,comfortable ,luxurious Breakfast : many kind of food , so delicious Onsen 's very good too

El Miru Niseko está a 8 minutos en coche de las estaciones de esquí Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu y Niseko Village. Breakfast was wonderful. Onsen was lovely. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Loved the ease of storing the ski gear in the front room to dry and be ready the next day. Delightful stay and we would recommend the Miru!

The owner very nice and greet me even i arrived late to this hotel. Explain everything nicely before pass me the room key. Parking available. Room quite big and have private bathroom. Complete with toilet towel & amenities. Have window so that you can see outside view that filled with with powder around this hotel (if you come during winter). Variety of delicious breakfast prepared, just need to inform on nighy before what time you want to eat your breakfast. Just 5 minutes drive to nearby convenience store.

Amazing cosy property with great facilities, restaurants, free shuttle and room to store ski equipment. Owner and all staff were always helpful. Love the easy check in and out method through the iPad. Staff were also extremely accomodating and speak good English. The accomodation is basic, however it is great value for money and the facilities were well kept and clean.
