Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Bel Jou Adults Only - All Inclusive offers accommodations in Castries. The star of the show for this all inclusive is hands down the staff and the food. Oh wait, and the entertainment. The staff are genuinely happy to help you, are so friendly, and really make you smile as soon as you see them. The food was delicious! For one vegetarian and two pescatarians, there was SO much to eat at breakfast lunch and dinner. I was honestly blown away by all the vegetarian options!! The entertainment….oh my gosh. If you can schedule your trip so you are there on a Thursday for carribean night, you will not regret it at all!!! They had an incredible fire/dance show which was just as good or BETTER as cirque du soleil shows! This hotel is a gem, you don’t want to miss it!

The property is great. The meals were very good. The drinks were excellent. The staff were very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Located in Castries, a few steps from Choc Beach, Villa Beach Cottages has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and barbecue facilities. The property is strategically located right on front of villa beach. Literally the atlantic is 20 metres away from your balcony. The rooms are very comfortable with a large tv, 2 seater and 1 seater chair and a very comfortable queen size bed. You have really fast internet and the kitchen had everything so i did a lot of cooking. There is a supermarket up the road and it is a 11 min drive away from rodney bay where the mall and restaurants and nightlife is. I would advise you also get a car rental through them.

Offering an outdoor pool, Palm Cottage is located between Castries & Rodney Bay, on a hillside, overlooking the sandy Labrelotte bay. Labrelotte beach is a 3-minute walk away and is the closest beach.... Superb cottage, tucked away in the hills just south of Rodney Bay and Gros Islet. Luxuriously equipped, spacey, two verandas where you would like to chill on and a swimming pool to top it all off. Great place right in the green hills. And just a short walk (not too steep) to the beach just in front of the Eastwinds resort (which you are allowed to use) and with a fantastic restaurant nearby (Flavour Of The Grill). Great place to stay and with Sabine you can hardly find a better host - really helpful even before you arrive and when there even more so.

We enjoyed Castries.
We enjoyed Castries. It's walkable, colorful, with a great Saturday market. The Coal Pot Restaurant on Vigie Cove is superb. We had a wonderful place to stay (in the Poinsettia Villa Apartments). During one of our excursions to the north of St. Lucia, we heard one fellow tourist indicate that he had no desire to see Castries, preferring the fancy malls, upscale restaurants, and casinos in the Rodney Bay area. But we enjoyed the gritty reality of Castries much more--the fisheries with free-range chickens (in the capital city!), the big funeral in the basilica, the market where a fellow-shopper showed me how to choose a mango to be eaten the same day. We have fancy malls here in the U.S., lots of them, but Castries is a totally different experience--and the people speak English so you can really interact with them.

From £87 per nightWe had an enjoyable stay at Memwa Villa. We were welcomed by Kyle, Luciana’s son, who answered all our questions about the neighborhood and the nearby beaches. The welcome drink was delicious. The apartment was super clean and bright - loved the windows! The bed was comfortable, a/c worked well and everything was great. We were glad for the beach towels! The apartment is about 10 mins drive from Castries. It was great staying at Luciana’s place and wonderful to meet her family. We recommend her apartment highly.

Really nice hotel with great views out over the Capital. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was pretty good too. But note that I picked this place because I had business in Castries. Castries, while interesting enough, is definitely not a tourist destination. You'll need to have some sort of transport arranged if you want to get somewhere interesting or be happy just to hang out in what is a very nice hotel - with no kids allowed as the bonus.

Lovely spacious apartment with a balcony, great views of Castries and the surrounding area. Lots of equipment and provisions to make cooking easier as there aren't any restaurants nearby. Local bus to town centre stops outside the house which is great as the hill is steep. Angie is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in several apartments in St Lucia and this was the best.

It has a hostel vibe because there is a lovely common area on the balcony with great views over the harbour and downtown. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The room was basic but spotlessly clean.

The service is good, the owner of the place is always there when you needed her. I enjoyed my holiday here whole kitchen and bathroom for yourself, and you can eat of the fruits of her garden.
