Set right on the beach, Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa offers beach front rooms, a year-round children's pool, relaxation pool and outdoor lap pool. We were very happy to stay in this beautiful hotel with a great staff. From check-in to check-out, everything was fine. The rooms are modern and offer a fantastic view. The area is very nice and clean. The food at the Welligama Kitchen is definitely a highlight, and we enjoyed the excellent food and service a lot. We would like to express a special thank you to our personal "assistant," Nishadi; she was very kind and helpful. We would also like to thank the great kitchen and service team, with a special mention to Nazmi, Thiruna, and Fayaz. They truly made a difference by doing a fantastic job in making us feel very welcome and providing a high-end service. In conclusion, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and culinary delights made it a truly memorable experience. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet vacation away from some of the more crowded beaches.
