Thank you to Simo and the whole staff who went above and beyond to make my experience with my family memorable, providing impeccable service throughout my stay ! The highlight was undoubtedly the exquisite Moroccan culinary offerings at the riad. The gastronomic journey was a treat for the senses, with each dish showcasing the rich flavors and authenticity of Moroccan flavors. From the aromatic tagines to the delightful pastries, every meal was a delight. Beyond the captivating decor and mouthwatering culinary offerings, the overall ambiance of the riad was warm and welcoming. They woke up at 6 to cook us breakfast because we had to leave at 7am. Welcome tea and cookies when we arrived. The room was big, comfortable, plenty of fluffy blankets and clean.

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.

The standout were the staff and at every level they were friendly and most accommodating. The concierge Brahim was a delight and kindly upgraded us to a suite. The hotel was spotless and grand, food excellent. The location is 5 mins by taxi to souk. Locals pay 20 dirham and tourists double. Quiet and spacious. excellent!

We had a fantastic stay and I consider it to be the best hotel in Fes. It certainly has the best location of the top hotels in Fes as it is only a 5 minute walk to the main gate of the medina and there are restaurants even closer than that. We were upgraded to a junior suite and treated like royalty by all the staff. A particular thank you to the General Manager, the young lady at the front desk, the concierge and 2 staff at breakfast time. For the last 2 mornings the 2 dining room staff specially laid out a table for us as there was a large group at the buffet. Our poolside room was very quiet, very spacious and comfortable. We parked our car outside the hotel and it was safe. It was easy to drive to the hotel despite some travel blogs saying Fes is a difficult to place drive in.
