The place is as advertised. The staff are hospitable and cater to your every need. Highly recommend to try the beef tagine. One of the best tagines ever! The chef is truly amazing. Abdul Ali was very helpful with his tips on the surrounding area and places to visit.

The lodge was built as a family home 5 years ago and they started renting out a couple of years ago. So it has a very homey feel. Owner Youssef speaks perfect English and Aziz and Layla were exceptionally attentive. The property has spectacular views and the only wifi in town (though it was a bit weak / spotty). The room was clean, bright, and spacious - the place is very new. Food was plentiful and good. There was no set mealtime - you just let them know when you want to eat. Unfortunately, I got sick and mostly slept for 4 days. But the view from the terrace is gorgeous and I'm sure there would be good hiking in the area.

We spent our last night in Casablanca and decided to stay in this hotel. The hotel was centrally located near the seafood market and old medina. The staff throughout were very nice, especially Chainaa and Youness. We also had dinner at the restaurant and had a treatment at the spa and they were all great. We will stay there again when we visit Casablanca next time.
