Wonderful a La carte breakfast. The hotel open air restaurant reported to be the best food in Bacalar. We ate there twice.

Really liked this property. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. The Property is nice and clean. Beds and bedding very comfortable and great to have privacy curtains around the beds. Air-conditioner goes on at night. Other guests were all very respectful and considerate towards eachother and kept noise factor low. Breakfast was also very good and nice filter coffee is always a bonus. Not far from the ADO bus station for taking an early morning bus to ones next destination.

Communication was very easy as they all spoke and understood English very well. And of course just a very beautiful place!

They have a lovely cool jacuzzi for after a long day exploring. The rooms were larger than expected and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful with great recommendations. Parking was easy and convenient. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend.

Very attentive, welcoming, and helpful. My partner was vegan and the staff was more than helpful in making vegan pancakes for breakfast and had other options as well. The food was fantastic. In addition, the staff assisted us with activity bookings and offered to deliver food to you if you want to keep enjoying the beach. The room was so nice, right in front of the beach with an amazing pool right next to us.
