I stayed at another hotel in Bacalar that was more expensive and was supposed to be nicer, but Blue Palm is 10x better because of the quality of the rooms, staff, and experience.

Really liked this property. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. The Property is nice and clean. Beds and bedding very comfortable and great to have privacy curtains around the beds. Air-conditioner goes on at night. Other guests were all very respectful and considerate towards eachother and kept noise factor low. Breakfast was also very good and nice filter coffee is always a bonus. Not far from the ADO bus station for taking an early morning bus to ones next destination.

The staff was excellent. Very attentive, welcoming, and helpful. My partner was vegan and the staff was more than helpful in making vegan pancakes for breakfast and had other options as well. The food was fantastic. In addition, the staff assisted us with activity bookings and offered to deliver food to you if you want to keep enjoying the beach. The room was so nice, right in front of the beach with an amazing pool right next to us.

Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.
