We spent a couple of nights. The hotel is around 10mins away from Centro. The staff are nice, check-in and check-out was smooth, our room was clean with super comfortable beds, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety.

This was my first time at a Hilton Garden Inn, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Very luxurious and well worth the stay. I would absolutely stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again, and this was a great representation of the brand.

Boasting a contemporary style mixed with typical Mexican décor, JF Grand Puebla features a privileged location within the centre of Puebla's business district. The place was just lovely: the rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly, the parking was safe. There was a fitness room with an amazing view over the city and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

The pool was climatized, the included breakfast was good, and actually the beds were really nice and comfortable, and the staff professional and attentive.

Casa Pepe is a restored 17th-century colonial mansion, situated 100 metres from Puebla’s main square and cathedral. Wow Casa Pepe totally exceeded my expectations! The hostel itself is very clean, incredibly comfortable and has great facilities(lots of social areas, a games area, a bar/restaurant, a kitchen etc). It is also in a very handy location that means it is only a short walk to many sights, restaurants and museums. The best part of this hostel is undoubtedly the staff and activities. There are multiple (around 4) activities to do per day so because of this your stay is always interesting and very social as it's so easy to meet people. The walking tours are all fantastic and a great way to see the city. I would also really recommend the maiz workshop in Cholula (for 300 pesos you get to know how everything is made, make your own tortillas from scratch and then eat some delicious maiz based food along the way). The staff are so friendly and genuinely invested in making your stay as good as possible. I was in Puebla during independence day and it could not have been more fun- the hostel organized a whole night for us so that for only 200 pesos we got 6 dishes, unlimited drinks, loads of activities and then we went out to the grito and clubbing with guests and staff afterwards - it has been one on my best memories in Mexico! Thank you 💖🇲🇽

Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. I felt like a princess in this beautiful grand hacienda during my weekend stay. My room was huge and tastefully designed with light wood furniture and pretty carpets, high ceilings, and a large bathroom which felt very pampering after a day of wandering about in the heat in Puebla. The food at the hotel was excellent and the staff super friendly, helping me with my suitcase and arranging taxis.

I Liked the Staff, the temperature of the pool and how clean the room was , I would like they left more towels in our room and more products as Soap it was not enough as I was traveling with my husband and son , and maybe if the duvet could be less cold it would be fantastic
