We spent a couple of nights. The hotel is around 10mins away from Centro. The staff are nice, check-in and check-out was smooth, our room was clean with super comfortable beds, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety.

This was my first time at a Hilton Garden Inn, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Very luxurious and well worth the stay. I would absolutely stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again, and this was a great representation of the brand.

Casa Pepe is a restored 17th-century colonial mansion, situated 100 metres from Puebla’s main square and cathedral. Wow Casa Pepe totally exceeded my expectations! The hostel itself is very clean, incredibly comfortable and has great facilities(lots of social areas, a games area, a bar/restaurant, a kitchen etc). It is also in a very handy location that means it is only a short walk to many sights, restaurants and museums. The best part of this hostel is undoubtedly the staff and activities. There are multiple (around 4) activities to do per day so because of this your stay is always interesting and very social as it's so easy to meet people. The walking tours are all fantastic and a great way to see the city. I would also really recommend the maiz workshop in Cholula (for 300 pesos you get to know how everything is made, make your own tortillas from scratch and then eat some delicious maiz based food along the way). The staff are so friendly and genuinely invested in making your stay as good as possible. I was in Puebla during independence day and it could not have been more fun- the hostel organized a whole night for us so that for only 200 pesos we got 6 dishes, unlimited drinks, loads of activities and then we went out to the grito and clubbing with guests and staff afterwards - it has been one on my best memories in Mexico! Thank you 💖🇲🇽

Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. Staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. The rooms were wide and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. I even asked staff about the mattress manufacturer. The bathrooms were big and luxurious. They provide bath robes, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and a sewing kit. The daily chocolate almonds and the coffee/espresso machine in the room were a nice touch. The spa is really good as well as the swimming pool. The restaurant had a great variety of foods and drinks. The waiters were extremely helpful and nice as well, always ready to assist. It was truly an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely come back!

I Liked the Staff, the temperature of the pool and how clean the room was , I would like they left more towels in our room and more products as Soap it was not enough as I was traveling with my husband and son , and maybe if the duvet could be less cold it would be fantastic
