This hotel combines a monumental facade with modern design rooms featuring free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen cable TV. The room was bigger than expected and we even had a garden. Big comfortable beds, coffee and hot water in the room. Although facing the road it was quiet. There is enough parking space on the street.

Hotel Iselmar is located in Lemmer, between the Frisian Lakes and the IJsselmeer. The hotel has a number of facilities, including a swimming pool and bowling lanes. It offers free WiFi access. The breakfast each day surpassed our expectations! The buffet breakfast offered so many food choices it was quite incredible! From smoked fish to eggs, granola, meat, bread, fruit among other foods. The room was very large and comfortable with a well set out bathroom. The hotel is right on the marina so a great place to view the water and all the boating activities daily. The hotel is an easy walk to the dyke and walking to the town of Lemmer itself and to the UNESCO Woudegemaal pumping station nearby. Many cute cages and restaurants in Lemmer nearby along with beautiful canals. A fun stay which surpassed our expectations.

Hotel Lemmer is located on the edge of the centre of Lemmer and offers a garden with terrace. IJsselmeer is only a 5-minute walk away. Beautifully renovated hotel that used to be the house my mum grew up in.

Fantastic fresh breakfast. Very clean and comfortable (not new furnishings if thats what you need), good showers, dark curtains, tea and coffee in room. Lovely team. Super value for money.

Bed&Breakfast Stedswal is situated in the heart of the center in one of the smallest towns in the world and has free WiFi available. Excellent breakfast, very nice staff

Set in the rural area of Friesland, Herberg Boswijck, B&B is located in Wijckel. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a seating area. The family room was spacious. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Schippershuis Terherne offers accommodation situated in the picturesque village of Terherne, only 1 kilometre from the Sneekermeer. Really lovely family run hotel situated right on the canal. Nothing was to much trouble and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.

In Hotel Restaurant Jans Rijs you can enjoy the nature of the 'Rijsterbos', which is part of the national landscape 'Gaasterland'. This area is perfect for those who love hiking and biking. We liked the place in general, the rooms and atmosphere. They also have bike storage. We had nice dinner, the food was really good.
