With a scenic location by Lake Bergsjø, Bergsjøstølen offers a lakeside wooden hot tub, a traditional Norwegian restaurant and ski-to-door access. Skarslia Ski Centre is 4 km away. I had an incredible experience here, would highly recommend! Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, the food is delicious and fresh, there are comfortable common areas with lots of couches and tables, my room was quite large with a comfortable bed and a gorgeous view out the window. You could not ask for a better location for winter activities--there are lots of trails for skiing, you can go over the mountains to the woods to cross-country ski, and the landscape is absolutely breathtaking. During my stay, I was able to attend the Ice Music festival in an igloo just in front of the hotel, and see ice sculptures by a local artist along the trails. I could not have asked for a better experience. Just make sure to plan ahead for a car or taxi from Ål since the buses don't reach that far up the mountain. I can't recommend it enough, I had such a beautiful stay and hope that I can come back!

Liapark is located 950 meters above sea level, near the Liatoppen Ski Centre, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Hiking trails and nice mountain roads for cycling. Location, especially good for cross-country skiing. Sauna , fireplace makes this place a dream destination.

The cabbin itself was very lovely and you easily feel at home. The view was amazing. The owners were very understanding since we arrived later than expected.

Torpomoen features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Torpo. All units come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, shower and... The room and the shared kitchen were all very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable.
