Room was clean and comfortable with a nice deck to sit outside. Bath had a huge bathtub for an after hike soak. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious

Situata nella pittoresca Lom, vicino al Parco Nazionale di Jotunheim, questa fattoria convertita in albergo vi lascerà soddisfatti grazie alla cucina tradizionale norvegese, alla vista sul monte... We stayed here after a long day climbing in Jotunheimen NP, which is only about a 30-minute drive away. This unique hotel comprises a complex of beautiful, historic buildings within a stunning mountainous setting. You can see that a lot of effort has gone into the preservation of its history including maintaining original furnishings, the art and decor, and the historic items used there. We stayed in a restored schoolroom - it was cosy, clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed bathing in a wooden tub! The toiletries were plentiful and lovely. We paid extra for the dinner and it was absolutely divine - fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. (They also kindly accommodated my pescetarian dietary preferences!). The breakfast was also plentiful, diverse and delicious - many of the breakfast items were handmade (including the pastries and jams!), which is so rare these days. After breakfast, you were encouraged to make sandwiches to take for your lunch which was very kind. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.

Set in Fluguhaug, 24 km from Lom stave church, Brimi Fjellstugu offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Free WiFi is at guests' disposal.

Turtagrø Hotel has traditions dating back to the 1880s. This hotel is located 884 meters above sea level, at the foot of Vest-Jotunheimen. Friendly staff... super clean... middle of the mountains. awesome

Situato a 5,5 km dal punto di partenza delle crociere sul Lago Gjende, il Bessheim Fjellstue offre una vista sul Lago Øvre Sjodalsvatnet, un ristorante e cottage con vista sulle montagne e bagno... A 3 min di macchina dalla passeggiata di besseggen. Ottima cena. Stanza pulita e confortevole. Struttura storica e ricca di fascino.

Affacciato sul Sognefjord, nel centro di Skjolden, questo hotel offre un ristorante in loco, un parcheggio gratuito e camere con connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. The Skjolden Hotel was the high point of my trip. I was passing through the area and stayed for three nights. I was immediately captivated by the view of the fjord, then stayed for the excellent food from the kitchen and the lovely staff. if I had the time I would have stayed for a week.

Situato in un edificio in legno risalente alla fine del 1800, questo hotel di campagna si trova a Hindseter, a 60 km da Otta. The hotel is stunningly situated. The suites at the hotel are beautiful with lots of local and historical details. The lounge area with large windows facing the valley is great for chilling out with a local beer in the evening. We only had a short stay but we’re spoilt for choice on the number of hikes from the hotel- they were all well sign posted and we got good advice from reception. Breakfast was in the lovely historic dining room and used local produce. The whole place is very friendly and full of character. Can’t wait to go back!

Ubicato a Lom, a 100 metri dalla chiesa medievale in legno, lo storico Fossheim Hotel Lom è ospitato in un edificio del 1897 e offre connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e camere con bagno privato e TV via... Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cena e la colazione (c'erano anche prodotti locali davvero particolari e molto buoni). La nostra camera era di dimensioni contenute,ma pulita e ben organizzata

Situato nella città di Lom, tra i parchi nazionali di Jotunheimen e Reinheimen, il Nordal Turistsenter è un edificio in stile rustico tradizionale, con interni luminosi e moderni, la connessione Wi-Fi... Beautiful view, excellent food, very nice stuff
