The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices, well prepared, and the items were replenished quickly. Grounds are nice, area is quiet and peaceful. Not far from the main part of town, but far enough to be an oasis in a less busy area.

Urban Lounge Sleepery is located in the town centre and overlooks Kuirau Geothermal Park. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake. Great location, next to a geo-thermal park and walkable to anywhere in the city center. If you complete pre-check in procedures, you can have the room key on the phone and eliminate the need to speak to any staff throughout the stay. The twin room we stayed in was spacious, and the balcony was convenient for any smokers. There's separate toilet and shower room as well.
