We arrived very late (+-01:00 am) after a flight, and we really needed a cup of coffee, the lady at the reception offered to make us herself, even though it wasn't her job. Other than that - great room, very large, AC in the sleeping room and not in the living room where the kids slept

I'm a regular for this hotel and I always felt spoiled and welcomed properly. This time I chose to stay here for the New Year's Eve and it was an excellent choice. Awesome view to the fireworks and very diverse choices for the festive breakfast buffet in the next morning. This hotel is always my first choice whenever I have the chance to go to Iasi. The staff is really friendly and I would recommend their restaurant as well, high standards and good quality of food.

The Ramada City Center Iasi can be found in a quiet location in the heart of the city, just across the Shopping Centre Complex Palas. Great location, large room, nice soft sheets, coffee & tea and a kettle ( that’s a must have for a 10 stars rating:) The breakfast had plenty options. A 10+ for the scrambled eggs nicely cooked and the fresh ground coffee. There are plenty of lounge areas including the bistro cafe bar - the chocolate soufflé is best!:) And the staff exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and professional.
