The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name is Jesse, was extremely hospitable. I made a mix up on our days we needed and he was able to sort it for us. He also was more than accommodating when it came to our room. It may not have been a big deal to him but his kindness meant a lot. We appreciate him!

A fully equipped kitchen is available in each suite at this hotel. A Seattle’s Best Coffee Bar is located in the lobby and the Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum is 4 miles away. We arrived very early at 10 am with tired body and soul. I just expected luggage storage but they gave me early check-in. So i am very appreciated, and gave them 10 for return.

Our rooms were very nice. Clean and spacious with very comfortable bedding. The location was excellent. We returned our car and were still able to walk around the area to visit some stores and food trucks.

Lovely room, friendly and accommodating staff, and a comfy bed - what else would one need? 😊 I also enjoyed the selection of restaurants/bars at the hotels and the souvenir shops.

It's clean. It has a pool and gym, pretty much everything we needed. The breakfast was okay. The room is good and the bed is so comfortable!
