A restaurant is on site and a full American breakfast is served daily. the hotel itself is a postcard for the region. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise: I am not a fan of buffet, i prefer personalization. So, when they came to us asking what we wanted for breakfast, i felt that this should be the norm. my only regret was to have missed the wine tasting.

I have honestly never seen two rooms like these! They were absolutely huge!! We were given suites and although a bit dated, we’re spotlessly clean and had every possible amenity. Free parking. Very close to the centre of Solvang.

Immerse yourself in the Danish tradition of 'hygge' at the King Frederik Inn, a captivating boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Solvang, California. The King Fredrik was a great location, right in the heart of this Danish Town. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, I particularly loved the wave/rain/thunder/ noise machine, what a great touch. Would defo recommend this hotel :)
