Always greeted with a smile and eager to answer any questions. Showed interest in how our stay went. Definitely appreciated her thoughtfulness. Room - Looks newly renovated and very clean (including shower facility). Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast - Good variety and generous servings. With breakfast from 6.30 am - 10 am, it provides our family sufficient time to catch the sunrise and still have time to enjoy breakfast leisurely. Was not crowded at breakfast room. View from the room - Great view; was able to see the harbor from the room. Provides a fantastic view of sunrise. Balcony - Good sized balcony with chairs for sitting. A perk for summer but did not utilize this time due to cold weather Temperature - Heater was not as warm as we would have liked it to be. To be fair, we also did not inform guest services until check-out when the staff inquired about stay. We mentioned it casually (not complaining). but she took our comments very seriously, was very apologetic and gave us a discount as a a way of compensation. Her attitude is amazing and impressive.
