The hotel is new, everything is very clean and professionally designed. The staff is great, very polite. Check in is early, from 7 AM, which is really good, since a lot of people come by night bus for work. The breakfast was good, and they even made early breakfast at my request, because I had to leave for work. I guess the location is not strictly central, but North Mitrovica is tiny, so everything is walking distance. There are stores, a pharmacy, a pastry shop right next to the hotel, and several food options two streets below.

Overall I am satisfied with the provided services. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast is limited to a menu to order from it is very good and satiating. I reccomend the restaurant next to the hotel too.

Spacious rooms, really comfortable bed, fast wifi and super clean. The mini fridge in the room was a nice touch! Perfect location in the heart of the city, with many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores just around the corner. The family that owns and runs the hotel are such genuinely warm, helpful, and welcoming people. They will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Outstanding hospitality!
