Booked the place as a gift to a couple and the experience was lovely, both for me as well as the couple. I was able to make payments in 2 parts, remotely. The couple was not bothered by the staff about the payment. The whole process was smooth and the staff was patient. Now for the stay, the couple loved the ambience and amenities. Specially the food at their restaurant. They had left some jewellery there by mistake and the manager made sure to post it to them. All in all excellent in delighting the customer. Would recommend for a hassle free stay and good time.

The staff was amazing. They knew our names and were the most hospitable people I've come across in India. Bidhan, Joe, Sushant and Prateep were like bro's. The facilities were great and the pool was clean. Whatever we needed the Alcove would provide. The food and drinks were top notch and the omlette station at breakfast is incredible. The location is close to pretty much everthing and while you can walk, the Alcove will arrange pickups and drop offs as needed.

This is just a beautiful place to stay! I mean you'll have to go there to believe it, not too tough on your budget either, this place gives a chill vibe, with limited options but very well prepared food . The rooms with the pool views are simply awesome, also make sure to take a dip in the pool!
