Our stay in Saccharum totally exceeded our expectations and this has been the best and most welcoming 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy, room service great, good menu. The facilities in this hotel were outstanding, so many sun decks, pools, lounges, bars and restaurants to enjoy. Also the view to the ocean and a location was marvellous. We also enjoyed the SPA and it was a great retreat in the midst of our many hikes. Breakfast was also very good with lots of options to choose from located on the third floor with outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean. Truly remarkable stay, hospitality and amenities.

Staff very attentive and lovely - all great English too. Lots of options of things to entertain yourself but so many extra charges. Pool was 3euros! Comfy bed and room. Right by the 2 beaches and some bus and tours to be booked right outside if you want. Main restaurant was lovely - lots of options.

Large room with a view to the ocean on the top floor with spacious sitting room and huge bathroom. There were all the essentials that you need including a toothbrush and shaver etc. It's an all inclusive resort and the food was delicious. Huge choice and different themed dinner every night. Including entertainment and activities around the pool. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a great experience. Very quiet and peaceful resort.

Room overall was very clean and the service was exceptional. The location is quiet and peaceful, we loved being around the ocean every day, and can easily walk to the Marina area for dinner.
