Jin is really an asset to the resort as he really provides very gd tips on good food and places to visit during our stay. We arrived late and as the restaurant was closed, Jin took the trouble to order dinner for us as well thru grab and had it sent to our room. We really enjoyed our stay becoz of Jin and other staff of the resort. Bfast spread was really gd as well.

Absolutely stunning grounds and hotel, really lovely experience here. Feels very peaceful and there’s a lovely walking route along the edge of the property which borders the lake. Comfortable room, very good breakfast. Tennis, badminton etc available and a games room and spa.

The concept of the Villas as a resort is just great. Nice location, beatiful villas and great service! Heated pool was great. The breakfast offered everything. The personnal was really nice and helpful. Can recommend to do a day trip with one of the guides from the staff.

This is going to be a long review for Lavender Dalat Hotel and Resort. Travel advisory - if you are in Dalat or planning to visit there look no further. It’s an example of the highest le level of hospitality as exhibited by the manager there , Ms Ly Hoang. I have been travelling globally and have experience in stating at 5 start properties but I have never ever received such great services anywhere else. Ms Hoang took care of all our requirements , right from book taxis for us to travel locally , to upgrading us free of cost from a tent to a room, proactively checking about our needs , so much so that we had an early checkout out 4.45 am , she personally came (it was pitch dark) to see us off . All this with a big smile on her face . Small things like this are no more small things , they are BIG things . Thank you Ms Hoang for an absolute level of personal touch and care . Now coming to the property. If you are nature lover, you may not want to skip this one . The beauty of this please can’t be captured by even the best camera in the world. The view to the lake is amazing from the cafe . The rooms are very comfortable with lovely view to the lake and valley. The flowers in and around the resort makes its look even better. The resort is not far from the Dalat attractions like Dalanta waterfalls , clay tunnel , Dalat market and lake, easily accessible by the Grab ! All in all its scores a perfect 10/10 , and Ms Hoang services can’t be rated, they can only be felt that touch the heart.

The family running the place was really nice. The bungalows were cute and it was nice to have a heater and fan so it was very warm at night and pleasant during the day.

Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. The location is stunning but a bit fairway from the centre. The facilities were just super clean and nice.

Boutique resort is close to city center just 8 minutess car driving to Da Lat market. Colorful garden and big fish lake are chill and fresh. I will come back to escape the heat from my living city.
