The ambience, the facilities and the villas, all set within the natural beauty of the resort, are brilliant. All these would not have any meaning without an excellent customer service. Every staff member from the moment we entered the resort to the check-out - people at the reception and buggy drivers, room service and security, SPA and restaurants employees, call center operators and the management - made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every morning we were greeted with friendly, fast and efficient breakfast service at the Kaheela restaurant. Dinners at the Farmhouse were wonderful. The Moorish restaurant staff members were very hospitable and kind and the food was delicious. The Rainforest experience was relaxing. The Duty Manager was promptly available to help us when we needed his help. The resort is a true example of what hospitality and genuine care mean. We had an amazing experience and will definitely stay again at this wonderful resort.

The hotel is amazing, the architecture is unique. The weather there is cool even during july as there are no buildings around and lot of greens. Mr.Mustafa from reception was lovely and gave us very nice room. Thank you again Mustafa, you have been a wonderful host. The pool closing at 9h30pm it gives you the time to enjoy swiming by night. We received nice amenities, fruits and sweets to our room complimentary from hotel. The design of the room is great with a nice deco and roof design.

This 5-star resort is on the northern tip of the Arabian Peninsula. Everything from the moment we entered the lobby, the service and the staff hospitality is very good, room was clean and well organized, Pools are very clean and food was nice
