It was very nice stay for our family. We got big room plenty of space to relax. The room was tidy and clean. They do provide small kitchen where you can do some little cook. The place is not far from the old town. You can walk to there along with the shopping area. Also there's a green tram line right to the place where we can take it to the city of arts and sciences easily. Definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect about our stay, the apartment is very spacious with natural light and sun durring the day, and had everything i needed for our stay in Valencia, placed near a shopping mall and near the aquarium. The room is very large and has all of the amenities that you could want. It is in an excellent location, next to Oceagraphica, science museum, and the hop-on tour bus stops nearby and it's not far from the old town too, so easy to get to see everything. There is a restaurant onsite that we didn't use but looked great.
