The staff was helpful, I even got a room upgrade as a gift, the room is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, the bed is confortable, inside was a coffee machine + capsules , and milk and tea and sugar. Very pleasant.

A real holiday sanctuary, even better than the photos! We loved our stay here so much we even found ourselves wondering if we *really* wanted to go to Venice ;) It was super easy to catch the bus and/or tram over to Venice though, and we found ourselves exploring Mestre more than anticipated. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful decor and everything we could have ever wanted, including A/C. The pool and garden were so great, especially for the kids. Very impressed and would love to return!
