First of all I think it was one of the most helpful places we stayed, the room has a binder with all the explanations about transportation and where to buy tickets, and other guests' recommendations and etc. the room was super clean with 3 sets of towels ( big, middle and small) and us as not being small people , big towel is much appreciated, the room had an air conditioning ,refrigerator and a microwave and a coffee machine. the area is quiet and the bus station to Venice is right under the hotel, 30 min by bus and you get there in no time, not far from the hotel there was a supermarket and a delicious bakery that you really should visit. we liked everything about this place, really no complaints

Letizia was very kind, and she offered very useful advice for transport, and local restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and quiet. The bus stop was 1 min away, and there are very good shops nearby (walking distance). The parking is large and safe. It is a perfect place to stay when traveling to Venice.

Very convenient location near the T1 tram line, the flat is clean and safe, Alberto is simply awesome as a host.

The staff was helpful, I even got a room upgrade as a gift, the room is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, the bed is confortable, inside was a coffee machine + capsules , and milk and tea and sugar. Very pleasant.

Asunto oli todella tilava, siisti ja kätevä. Siellä oli kivat huonekalut ja varsinkin suihku ja vessa oli todella moderni. Asuntoon mahtuu 4-5 ihmistä. Olimme kahdestaan mieheni kanssa, mutta perheelle se olisi todella hyödyllinen asunto. Tulen varmasti tulevaisuudessa käymään uudestaan.

A wonderful guesthouse to take a break from excursions and traveling around Venice. Take a break from the crowd of tourists and noise.))) Located in a quiet and peaceful place. Large, clean rooms. The room has a kettle with coffee and tea and a washbasin. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby. The bathroom is shared, but only for two rooms, very large and spacious. You will share it with the next room and this is not so problematic.) A 10-minute walk is the T1 tram stop, which will take you to Venice in 25 minutes. Very comfortably. Thanks for the rest.

A real holiday sanctuary, even better than the photos! We loved our stay here so much we even found ourselves wondering if we *really* wanted to go to Venice ;) It was super easy to catch the bus and/or tram over to Venice though, and we found ourselves exploring Mestre more than anticipated. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful decor and everything we could have ever wanted, including A/C. The pool and garden were so great, especially for the kids. Very impressed and would love to return!

Loved everything about this hotel. It is modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was great!! It is 5 min from Mestre Station ( taxi). The room has a mini fridge and they left bottled water for us everyday.
