Our first time in Venice and we were extremely pleased! Alessandro took the time to explain the bus routes and highlight some restaurants in the area during our check in. About 20 minutes from the island but it was very easy to get around. Everything was clean and comfortable and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Location was great close enough to everything. In a nice part of the city. There is a big Euro Spar a few mins walk if you need anything. Only a few minutes walk to the bus stop near the tobacco shop where you can buy tickets €1.50 each way. Other option is 1/2/3 day pass or week which then gives access to use the bus & boats. It only takes around 15-20 mins to cross the water to the main part of Venice. Peaceful stay, warm welcoming host who was happy to help and explain where to find everything. Cake shop next door is worth a visit I would highly recommend and if i go back to Venice will rebook as i really enjoyed my stay

The apartment it's big and in this time the room was at the seven floor so the balcony is great full All of the apartment is nice

The host was very nice. They prepared our room early so we could check in earlier. Which we appreciate a lot, since we had only one day in Venice. The room was nice and cozy, as described. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable and quite big, since it was written that it's a queen bed. The room had air conditioner and a balcony. The building has quite a big yard where you can park your car. If you are going to Venice, there is a 10 min walk tram stop where tram goes straight to Venice. Very close to apartment is a coffee place with small fresh sandwiches for breakfast and across from it it's also a coffee place with sweets. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely reccomend it!

The place we stayed at is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tip for people traveling by bus or train : there is a road around the house that isn't recognized by Goggle maps. You should be looking for train station ve.mestre ospedale. It's much easier to get there by train. It's perfect for people visiting Venice. You can get there by train in 15 minutes.

the staff were wonderful, Marinella wend over and behind to make us feel welcome and very helpful in helping us carrying luggage , on and down the second floor. Valentina was great and helpful whit recommendations what to see and were to go to eat and visiting, and transportations. overall wonderful staff.

There is nothing more important than a good, safe, secure apartment during vacation with family. lovely place to live... super service and personnel! "a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. With the next opportunity to visit Venice sure we will book apartment in Villa Moro Lin!

Loved everything about this hotel. It is modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was great!! It is 5 min from Mestre Station ( taxi). The room has a mini fridge and they left bottled water for us everyday.
