Nice apartment, very clean, has everything needed for your stay. Bus stop is 2 mins from apartment and from there bus will take you to Venice in 20-25mins. Grocery store is nearby and you have nice pasticceria on the ground floor.

Everything was clean and in excellent condition! Check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient. Our kids don't always appreciate that we usually book accommodations that only have a pull-out sofa-bed for them to sleep on, but they loved this one and said this was the comfiest one they've ever slept on. Location was also great - a tram over to the main island was just a 3-minute walk away, and a bakery, supermarket, and pizzeria were all within a 5-7 minute walk. We didn't actually see Alberto until we were leaving, but he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay via WhatsApp.

Exceptional apartment. Basically an Airbnb without the excessive fees. Roomy with balcony and some kitchen appliances. Sofa bed, small refrigerator, and washer were a plus. Venice is a short train ride. Train station is 8 blocks away.

Bra med privat parkering. Nära spårvagn till Venedig. Fri kaffeautomat samt apelsinjuice på morgonen samt kylskåp på rummet med vatten vid ankomsten. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Bra incheckningsrutiner.

Mycket bra boende om man vill se Venedig, men ändå inte bo inne i stan. Lätt att ta sig med tåg till Venedig. Trevlig och bra restaurang på boendet och fantastiskt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Privat parkering

A real holiday sanctuary, even better than the photos! We loved our stay here so much we even found ourselves wondering if we *really* wanted to go to Venice ;) It was super easy to catch the bus and/or tram over to Venice though, and we found ourselves exploring Mestre more than anticipated. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful decor and everything we could have ever wanted, including A/C. The pool and garden were so great, especially for the kids. Very impressed and would love to return!
