This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! Merci.

Great location! and you have a dedicated parking spot, which was super cool! The apartment is very nicely decorated and the view of the river from the kitchen window is captivating! can take up to 6 people, big "backyard" with a chair swing, and an outdoor dining area, and a nice chill/ sitting area. Oh and a great plus was the dish washer and the washing machine. I think it was less than 8 minutes by car to the lake :) Boooook ittttttt ^^

The location is absolutely ideal as the old town is just across the road, with seemingly an unlimited choice of restaurants. It’s also a very short walk to the ferry boats and all the boat hire places along the lake. The views of the lake with a backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Joseph was available to provide a seamless check-in and check-out, and lift access from the garage to the apartment meant it was easy to move luggage.

Lake Annecy is a short walk away and there are some fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There is a great local Sunday market just around the corner as well as some great places for breakfast. Our studio apartment was clean and comfortable and provided a great base to enjoy and explore Annecy. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, a stove and an oven. An iron and clothing dryer are also provided. Cosy and clean. Comfortable location, right in the heart of the city.
