Adelina House, apartment in La Spezia

The spacious apartment is fitted with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and dishwasher, and a living room with a flat-screen TV. Additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies.

The apartment is immaculate. Every room is beautifully decorated. There are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a beautiful shower and a washing machine. The living room with a large table for 6 people and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully furnished to cook. There are automatic window shutters for the night. Every room has A/C and heather. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

Beautiful apartment, tidy and well presented. Very close to the train and short walk to shops and the port. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. One of the air conditioning units wasn’t working and the host promptly arranged for it to be fixed. Highly recommend!

An oven, a microwave and fridge are also offered, as well as a coffee machine. At the apartment complex, units include bed linen and towels.

Very close to the train station and can easily walk from the station to the unit( around 5 min walk). The living room and bedroom are 2 different units and can be used as 2 bedrooms with bed of its own. The AC worked perfect, and the colored lightings added to the ambience. The sofa bed was very comfortable too. The host was very responsive and answered all questions even when it was late in the night when we requested for a little extra time for check out

The location was great. Easy access to cinque terre and many more. La Spezia was more than we expected, and we enjoyed. Fosco, our host, unfortunately we didn't meet but was very helpful with information of activities, places to visit and suggested a couple of places to try for breakfast and dinner. Thank you Fosco and Sea & Culture. Next time we will stay longer! See you again.

    This is one apartment in a flat of six independent units, up a hill and then two flights of stairs. The breakfast involves taking tokens to one of two nearby cafes (C’est Bon was the better of the two). It was modern and nicely decorated, very clean, extremely close to the station (little noise), and very good communication with Alessandro through WhatsApp (though we never actually met him.

    We appreciated particularly the good and easy communication with Giulia, that it was possible to depose the luggage earlier than check-in and the location of the apartment. Everything was super clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, even with some oil and vinegar, salt, pepper etc that you don’t want to buy for a short stay. Thank you very much for that. Beds are excellent, the apartment is big and there is a little balcony. We certainly come back!!

    The apartment is in a great location and easy to find. The host was brilliant with very clear instructions. The apartment was very clean with everything you needed for a short stay with a family. Or a long stay if you prefer The bed in the main bedroom was exceptionally comfortable, and I wish we'd stayed more than one night to really get the full benefit of this lovely apartment.
