I have no words to describe how wonderful this place is! Everything was a huge surprise for us. The room was amazing and super clean. The room is big, which was great because we had a lot of luggage. The hotel has an elevator, which is a plus. The breakfast was so good! Marianna and Francesca are really sweet and you can see they really love what they do. The place is beautiful and it was easy to access the building. I wish we had stayed there a few more days. This is the place to stay if you ever go to Parma. At the apartment complex, all units have bed linen and towels. Great apartment in a nice vila, about 20 min by walk from city center. The idea with one access code to enter to garden, vila and apartment is perfect, you don't need any key, just remember the code. We really enjoyed the stay there, I can fully recommend. We also use the private parking place in the garden.

The property has everything that you need: it is very clean, good design, proximity to the center and still quiet in the night. The host is very discreet and hospitable. We did not have breakfast included, but we received from the host o lovely pie, that children loved it and all other stuff for breakfast, like coffee, milk, butter, jam, little cakes and so on. The town is a little Venice, very romantic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had the Smeraldo duplex apartment, which is very quiet as all windows are to the inner courtyard. There is also a very small balcony and a bathroom on each floor. Perfect value for money, perfectly maintained and also valuable information provided from the host like restaurants around, private chef hire, taxi or anything you need to have a perfect stay.
