Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The location is in the city center, very close to the pedestrian area. The room was clean and the stuff was extremely friendly.

Case Vacanze Scorci Di Mare is a 14th-century building set in the Cinque Terre National Park, 50 metres from Riomaggiore’s rocky coast. It offers sea-view rooms with satellite TV. the location is great- right in riomaggiore marina the room itself is packed with coffe, tea, bottles water and orange juice free of charge great showers , high quality soaps and shampoo . the host- Paolo is very nice and helping gave us great advices for the region and on what to do overall I think this house reaches a hotel- like standard . cons- you can hear what’s happening in the rooms next to you.

Great room, very central and lovely staff! They were very helpful and accepted an early check-in, which led us to being able to explore their beautiful region earlier than expected:) Very central accomodation.

The room was beautiful and spacious, well-thought and designed and on a very high standard! The bed was comfortable and with a “real” blanket. The location was excellent - at walking distance from the train station as well as to the center. Communication was very polite and smooth. We absolutely recommend this place!

Excellent location next to train station and downtown. 10 minutes far away. Only 4 months built so everything new. Really clean place.

It was an amazing stay, the host is very friendly and responsive, the support during our stay was impressive, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is very near to the train station, I would highly recommend everyone visiting La Spezia to stay here.

Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Casa Esmeralda asub La Spezias Castello San Giorgio, Mereväe Tehnikamuuseumi ja Amedeo Lia muuseumi lähedal. We loved everything about this apartment… beautiful, comfortable and the location for us was perfect … short walk to the train station. Esmeralda was an excellent host.. she made sure we had everything we needed & provided so much information about restaurants, sites, etc in the area. We were even treated to a bottle of wine when we arrived!
