It offers sea-view rooms with satellite TV. the location is great- right in riomaggiore marina the room itself is packed with coffe, tea, bottles water and orange juice free of charge great showers , high quality soaps and shampoo . the host- Paolo is very nice and helping gave us great advices for the region and on what to do overall I think this house reaches a hotel- like standard . cons- you can hear what’s happening in the rooms next to you.

A recently renovated property, Casa Esmeralda is situated in La Spezia near Castello San Giorgio, Technical Naval Museum and Amedeo Lia Museum. We loved everything about this apartment… beautiful, comfortable and the location for us was perfect … short walk to the train station. Esmeralda was an excellent host.. she made sure we had everything we needed & provided so much information about restaurants, sites, etc in the area. We were even treated to a bottle of wine when we arrived!
