This is a place for those who want the sun, sand and the ocean. Nice walks along the promenade beside the marina and beyond. Prices in restaurants and for boat rides are very high. Architecturally, the 'old' town hasn't much to offer of interest and it's impossible to get a taxi from there. Been to Cambrils many times, I have family there. You’ll need a bit more than basic Spanish. Shops , bars and restaurants are plenty and prepare to queue, locals know what they want! The apparts are practically new, everything is very clean and comfy. Private parking. Terrace, where we had food and spent our summer evenings.
