Rivoli is a beautiful small town within easy reach of Turin.
Rivoli is a beautiful small town within easy reach of Turin. My friends say it is cooler in summer and visibly above the city smog in the winter. It has easy access to both Turin airport (40 mins) and Milan Malpenso (1.5 hours).. The mountains are close and beautiful as are significant historical town such as Venere. Turin itself a splendid city, with fantastic shops and the best hot chocolate ever! Parking is easy as it is under the squares and streets which are largely given over to pedestrians and service vehicles. The Egyptian Museum is one of the best outside Egypt and beautifully arrranged - the huge Museum of Cinema is by contrast extraordinary is a crazy sort of way - but has a fantastic collection of early cinematography.

Very cute town center, a walk in the Via Piol street is a must, we walked it up to the Catello di Rivoli, really nice, the library and the Cafe are a really good place to make a quick stop and prepared to walk back.AAnonymousItaly

They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home They are seated deep in the Piedmont culture and society, and were extremely knowledgeable and able to make recommendations for both sites of interest in the area as well as local restaurants. Staff was kind, knew English and check-in/out was quick. Breakfast is very good for such a in/out hotel, lots of stuff available. Parking lot is fenced and there are cameras, but you never know do you. Location is near the highway so that was awesome for us, as we were just passing by.
