Lund is a charming city in southern Sweden. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful botanic garden. Lund has walkable city center and a friendly student atmosphere. Lund was basically a college town, and very old college town. Lund University was established in 1666, one of the oldest and most prestigious Universities in Nordic Europe. Lund is a very cozy town, with three Systembolaget (only place we can buy wines). The headquarters building of the university was gorgeously beautiful. The Faculty of Sociology of Law (independent from the Faculty of Law) accpets ca. 400 students every year. One of the must-visit places is the Lunds Domkyrka (Cathedral), which was build in 1145. Every place is within walking distance from the Central Station. Lund is about 40 minute-train-ride from the Copenhagen Airport and 10 minute-ride from Malmo. Malmo is also one of the cozy town you must visit and enjoy (a little larger and more modernaized than Lund).

Lund is a pretty medieval city with a lot of history. I was inly there for less than a day, so bot a lot of detail, but: - the domkyrka is worth seeing (special mention of the crypt and the astronomical clock) - Kulturen is very well presented - it's a sgame i didn't gave time to see the outdoor part - the botanical garden is very nice - food-wise: I recommend Saluhallen and Broder Jakobs Bakery in Klostergatan, and I also enjoyed the salad i got from Waynes Coffee I would not recommend visiting Lund on a Sunday afternoon, though- a lot of interesting places will be closed. Lund is quite walkable and has good bike paths.

Nice cozy town to walk around, even in wintertime.

Nice cozy town to walk around, even in wintertime. In the spring, however, everything blooms, and it's even more charming. Visit Sankt Hans Backar for an overview of the city and don't miss the botanical gardens. When you get tired you can relax and enjoy Swedish fika in one of the many cafes or pastry shops.

I requested an accessible room and they delivered. I used the portable shower chair which was very helpful (every hotel should have this at the minimum for an accessible room! The room is spacious with lots of room to maneuver which is great. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is really good but the same food was available every day (I stayed from Friday to Monday) with the exception of pancakes between Fri and Sun. Appreciated the locally sourced ingredients for some of the food items. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Friendly staff , breakfast was wholesome. The rooms were comfy (the kitchenette was a nice benefit). The hotel is centrally located and it was easy to get around on foot to the main attractions. It was nice of the staff to loan me a cycle to visit Skrylle naturreservat and back. Overall a great hotel in a lovely city of Lund, will visit again.

Yes, the furniture is old, but perfectly functional. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the whole hotel had a cozy and laid-back vibe that I really loved. The staff was very polite and attentive to all of my requests. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Overall, a great value-for-money option in Lund.

Good hotel with nice modern comfortable rooms. Very clean! However, in 2,5 days I only saw once an employee, which makes it a bit impersonal. Small parking lot in front of hotel. About 2 km (20 min.) walk to town centre of Lund. Hotel is absolutely recommendable, next time in Lund, I will stay there again.

Perfect location for walking around Lund, lovely room, which was very quiet considering we were at the front of the hotel and so close to town. Very helpful staff. Breakfast also great - we didn't need lunch! They also have a baggage store if your train back to Copenhagen is later in the afternoon :)

A lovely hotel in Lund, some minutes away from Malno. We came rather late (after official check-in hours), yet, the Reception Manager has made all arrangements to check in via phone and collect our room key. Thank you very much. The Hotel serves a fantastic selection for breakfast.
