The staff were well mannered and helpful. The hotel's restaurant offers a great breakfast, in a very high quality. The hotel is located in a walking distance from Valencia's park, from the city center, and from a metro station, and from a shopping centre. We had a gteat experience, Kramer was the best hotel that we had in Spain.

I only asked if by any chande we can check in at 11:30am then they check for available rooms. 1 avail and you need to wait for the other one. It's perfectly fine. We were able to use everything too earlier.

Everything was excellent! Such a value at such a great price. The breakfast was incredible! Your staff is also fantastic.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The property is in a beautiful and very quite area, 2 metro stops away from Valencia historic center. We enjoyed our stay and would go there again. The apartments are situated in the city of Valencia next to the Turia, the former river bed converted into lush gardens. They are also 500 metres from the Bioparc Zoo. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The apartment is nice and clean.

The location was very easy to locate, there was a mall about 6 mins walk away from the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and had alll the equipments. The bathrom was super nice and clean which we appreciated. A plus to this was that there was a zoo 10 mins away and a bus station was right in front of the street to the apartment. Honestly best apartment i have been to so far and i would visit again if i come to Valencia.
