Great location in the midst of yeoksam. Near the metro. Nice and cosily furnished. Staff were polite. It's an apartment style so do not expect full hotel service

The staff were fantastic. So helpful. We are cycle touring and they looked after us so well. Room was exceptionally clean, great to have nespresso and water each day.

GLAD Gangnam COEX Center is located next to Exit 1 of Samseong Subway Station (Line 2) and houses a fitness centre, lounge and front desk open around the clock. I wanted to switch it up by staying at a different hotel this year, so I decided on Glad, being that I had passed it a few times. I was celebrating my birthday, and my trip started off horrible by me losing my passport on the first day that I arrived. I suffer from extreme anxiety and basically had a panic attack the second I arrived at the hotel to find that I lost my documents. The front desk was so pleasantly accommodating even though I wanted to cry under a table. I was leaving for Busan in 24 hours the next morning, so you can only imagine the stress of my situation. The front desk gave me water to calm me down, and one young lady helped me up to my room. They even tried translating to my driver so that he didn't feel any blame for my mishap. Throughout my trip, and even after I was able to retrieve my belongings, which in Los Angeles would be a rare outcome, they continued to help me in hailing a taxi if my app wasn't computing or if I was pressed for time. They were just overall helpful, friendly, and lovely. I rarely stayed in my hotel room or used the amenities, being that I had a full itinerary, but the room was comfortably and cozy. I also truly respect the cleaning department. I somehow kept the Do Not Disturb button on and couldn't figure out how to turn it off, so the woman would always be sure to leave me a bag of essentials outside of my door. I found this to be a very thoughtful gesture. I understand that tipping is frowned upon, but I so badly wanted to gift each person just to show my sincere appreciation for all that they did for me when I first arrived. I guess my appreciation will just have to show by booking for October of this year when I return. See you soon!

Situated in Seoul, 3.1 km from Gangnam Station, voco Seoul Gangnam, an IHG Hotel features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a terrace and a bar. Location was great! It's super close to a metro station, Sinsadong and Garousu-gil, which is a great area to explore during the day and night. Staff were attentive and helpful. A complimentary, daily refreshed mini-bar was a bonus! Rooms are spacious for Korea and well designed. The gym was pretty good for a small hotel. We stayed in a room with an accessible bathroom, and, while there was no shower screen, the room dried very quickly - you could even dry laundry overnight.

Located in Seoul, 1.6 km from Gangnam Station, Josun Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Seoul Gangnam features views of the city. I totally enjoyed my stay! The staff are friendly and helpful. They speak pretty well in English so I don't have to worry about language barrier. The room is very big and clean. Its located high floor so we get to enjoy the views. The swimming pool is very nice, can take photos as well.
