Hotel Can Tem is situated in a 17th-century mansion with free Wi-Fi. It is in a pedestrian street within the city walls of Alcudia.
All rooms at Hotel Can Tem are unique, with antique furniture. This is combined with modern art from Mallorca. Rooms are air conditioned and en suite, with a hairdryer.

We wanted to stay for one night, ended up staying the whole trip. It feels way more like a home than like a typical hotel. Some pros of the place: 1. Lovely property, only 6 rooms in traditionall Villa from XVII century. Very green patio, with many flowers and home to many birds. Thick stone walls provide good sound insulation and help to survive hot weather. Big bathrooms, well equipped rooms. Also perfectly clean. 2. Staff went above and beyond in hospitality, very friendly, any problems were fixed before I managed to report them, very flexible to any of our needs, 3. Nice brekafast - it may not be the biggest buffet, but always had something a bit different and local, also a glass of freshly squeezd orange juice from Mallorcan oranges was a great way to start a day. 4. Location - you are inside authentic medieval city walls, all best things in the city within a 5 min. walk, but it's not a main street and it is suprisingly quiet. We had no trouble with turists/party noise at night, but be warned that with open windows you will hear church bells at least every hour and quite a lot of birds at sunset/sundawn. For us it was a part of the charm. 5. No problem with check-in, if there is no one at the recepcion you get detailed instruction how to collect the keys. 6. Big free public parking, about 4 minutes walk from the place. I really recomend to give this place at least a try, you might love it as we did.

The property is spectacular. I wish we had booked more than three nights. I love the fact that there is a resident dog, goats and horses. The pool was a perfect temperature. Joana and the staff were lovely. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful accommodation. A car is definitely needed to get around this area.

Background noise from the frog pond and farm nextdoor was very relaxing. Lots of geckos. A perfect location, being only 5 mins from Alcudia and very close to plenty of places to visit and things to do. From the patio, you can also look out over Albufereta wetland reserve and Pollenca bay. We highly recommend this villa and would happily return.

Minor issue we had with dead kettle was sorted out by rental company via email very quickly. We enjoyed using the inbuilt BBQ a few times and the kitchen was well equipped.

The pool area was good with sun loungers enough for 8 people and a large pool. The villa itself was very spacious with large rooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.
