We had a wonderful time at Cedros Nature House. The setting and views are absolutely stunning with a lovely terrace and pool. Madelena, Elsa and Pedro were excellent hosts setting the tone for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They were so helpful with restaurant recommendations, arranging a taxi for our onward journey and enabling us to enjoy the facilities on our last day after checking out of the room. Breakfasts were very good and we loved the rosemary infused water in our room. The dining room, as with the rest of the house, is stylishly decorated and intimate encouraging conversations between guests without this being forced in any way. We appreciated the individual style and small scale of the hotel making our stay feel really special. We would definitely recommend Cedros Nature House to anyone planning a trip to Sintra as long as you are happy to make the fairly steep climb up from the town (about 15 minutes). There are also taxis and Tuk tuks available as needed (taxi from the station about 5 euros).

Perfect stay! Everything was perfect! Super friendly host, very large and comfortable bed, great pool area and garden,super view to the valley in front of the house, tasty breakfast, very nicelly decorated living areas.

Quinta Vale da Roca was a beautiful establishment in a very quiet location that offered great views and a relaxing atmosphere. While it was a bit cold and early in the season for us to enjoy the outdoor pool, it was still lovely to dip in and it would easily be one of its best features a little later in the summer. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared. The room was beautiful and tastefully appointed, exceptionally clean, and very well furnished and stocked. The overhead rain shower was one of our favourite things about our stay here. While there aren't that many restaurants nearby, the town of Azoia is home to a few must-visit restaurants that anyone staying at Quinta Vale da Roca could visit repeatedly. Maria Wine & Tapas, as well as Casa do Mar Sem Fin are both so wonderful that I could go back repeatedly (both are just a 10 minute walk) for a week and be satisfied.

Everything, lovely welcome from very kind host. Gorgeous room with lovely furniture and an excellent shower. Fabulous breakfast which they made early especially for us as we had to go to the airport.

Cipriana was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions that I had. Check in and out were very easy and the location was perfect for visiting Sintra. We also found a bonus surprise just around the corner that was beautiful.
