Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view of the sea and Faial island on one side, and of Mount Pico on the other. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location - walkable distance from Madalena center and from several natural pools, and a 10-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely recommend!

Guests can relax on the lounger or enjoy a dip in the swimming pool. We loved our time at Pico Dreams! The facilities and rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and very well kept. However, the most special thing of the stay was the extreme hospitality and kindness of Gonçalo and Noemia. Since the check-in they made sure everything was great and it was like coming home to friends. They arranged the car and transfers for us and were always happy to help and provide useful tips. The breakfast is delicious with home-made products. We had a great time and totally recommend staying at this lovely place with these awesome guys :)

Featuring a garden, saltwater pool and quiet street views, Casa da Rocha is located in Terra do Pão. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, tennis at the tennis court, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house features facilities for disabled guests. To cut it short: this was our favorite place on a long Portugal/Azores trip. Highly recommended and would really love to return

The guest house offers a saltwater pool with a pool bar, as well as a public bath and luggage storage space. Casa Bicuda is super well equipped and very comfortable for 2 people. In addition the host offers a 10 service in terms of attention to their guests including a welcome pack made with local products. 100% recommendable.

Each unit is equipped with a patio offering sea views, a cable flat-screen TV, a dining area, a well-fitted kitchenette and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer. A fridge, a minibar and kitchenware are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the homestay, all units come with bed linen and towels. The booking and information received regarding check-in, wifi access and restaurants in the area was super efficient. The room was sparkling clean. Teresa is very responsive and checked if all is fine and if any information is needed. The location requires a car rental. It is very calm and the garden area is an oasis of calm. BBQ area is efficiently stocked with coal, wood, crockery and has also salt, pepper, oil and vinegar and an espresso machine - a nice detail! There is a cooking plate and a pan, so you can make a pot of pasta. Bowls for tossing a salat are also available. The fridge and water kettle with a nice selection of tea is in the room. I found all excellent value for money. A 10min walk leads you to a lovely little beach with stair access to the sea. The location is perfect to explore the island. Easy access to the south side of the island via the regional road crossing the island from north to south. I loved my stay in the Santo Amaro area so much that I wanted to extend. All was fully booked but Teresa managed to find me a room and even a car to rent:) Thank you Teresa!

Between Madalena and Lajes, the natural pool nearby is really nice and the view from the terrasse extraordinary with the pico at the back. We could watch dolphins from the terrasse. The father of the host who was taking care of the house was really nice and helpful. There was Coffee, tea, water and milk waiting for us.
